  5. Description:    These are the support utilities required to make use of the
  6.         internal AX.25 and NET/ROM which has been included in the
  7.         main Linux kernel code since 1.3.0. The ax25-utils are
  8.         mostly configuration utilities although a few basic user
  9.         level programs are supplied. These utilities will only work
  10.         with kernels of version 2.0 and newer.
